Orders are shipped from China:

- via international registered airmail (with tracking number) within 3 business days upon receipt of payment

- to the address registered on your LuuLLa account (~~ NOT your Paypal address~~ ). Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer.

- with estimated delivery time of 6 - 10 business days.

As the package is registered, we will trace the package with the post offices. Any refund / re-delivery will be handled only after upon confirmation by the post offices.

--- Cancellation ---

You may request for cancellation BEFORE shipment. Once order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.
