Normal shipping. An upgrade fee of US$2.60 will be charged for REGISTERED MAIL.

International Orders

REGISTERED MAIL with TRACKING system for purchases above US$30.

Please take note that no refunds will be allowed due to non delivery of items using normal mail.

I will shipped within 3-7 working days for normal items, 7-14 working days for custom items. Orders are shipped to your PayPal address, so please made sure you have your PayPal address updated.

CREDIT CARDS ARE WELCOME

You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your card details after checkout on the PayPal website - choose the option to pay by credit card instead of registering.

If you choose to pay via a PayPal e-cheque, this will delay your items for shipping as it usually takes 7-10 days to clear.

~~ payment is expected within 24 hours of order placement, unless you have made a prior arrangement with me for other terms.

~~ if you are having problems paying, please contact me straight away.

~~ items in your cart are not removed from my shop or reserved for you until you complete the checkout process.

--- CANCELLING AN ORDER ---

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know within 24 hours, I will not mind cancelling the transaction.

--- RETURN POLICY ---

Please contact me if you feel you would like to return an item within 3 days of receiving your package.

All items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were shipped and buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please take note that 20% of the item's price will be deducted as restocking charges.

All refunds will only be made to your PayPal account after the item is received back by me.

All jewelry items are packed into a gift bag ready to be given as a gift.
