Please be sure to carefully review your proof prior to approving it. Refunds will not be allowed for any product once approved by you.
Please remember that the colors may vary on your screen resolution, and therefore may vary slightly when printed. You may wish to print a copy of the proof, prior to approval, to make sure it is exactly what you are looking for.
If anything needs to be shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for that cost.
If the mistake is ours we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

Customization/discussion can begin prior to payment, but payment must be received PRIOR to any printing beginning (if applicable), or files being sent.
