We offer both hand stamped and engraved items. If you order a hand stamped item please note the following:
As a hand stamped piece, each letter is stamped individually by hand this can mean that letters are not perfectly aligned however, this adds to the beauty and character of the piece, no two will ever be exactly the same making it a unique gift. There can also be slight markings to the back of the Tags, this is due to metal displacement and is not a fault with the product.
PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty.
NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
For non-personalised items, they must be returned in the same new condition within 7 days via a tracked/signed for service at your cost. Once received back, we will then initiate your refund for the purchase price.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please contact us directly should you receive a faulty item and please provide photos where possible and we will look to get them rectified asap.
Please note that all items are personalised using your own wording so please ensure that you use the correct spelling.
If there is a spelling error please contact us and we will let you know how the issue can be resolved.
