Shipping for personalized and made-to-order items takes approximately 10 business days from the time your order is placed. As each piece is given individualized attention, please know this time is taken to ensure you receive a piece that can be treasured for years to come. Transit times may vary, however the United States Postal Service quotes 3-5 days for domestic deliveries and 10-21 for international deliveries. Each US shipment will be accompanied by delivery confirmation, and international shipments may also have tracking added to your purchase upon request. Please be aware of the procedures for your foreign customs department, as MegsBrokenWings is not responsible for fees incurred as a result of inspection.
