Yes, we can do custom orders. But we can't make it out of the color that you send us by looking at the photos, so the differences in color over the Internet are very strong, it may not correspond to the desired color in reality. Before sending the order, I will send a photo for approval. All items are completely handmade, so you need time from 2 to 5+ days. It depends on the complexity of the work and the number of current orders. If you want something special for you, please contact me. We will estimate the time frame required for your order. It usually takes no more than 7 business days

We do not accept returns as most items in the store are personalized. We try to present our articles to the best of our abilities with detailed photos and descriptions. We ship your items with tracking and packaging with care. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.
