Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1 inch in either direction of specified measurements. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered;

We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. However, in this case, customer should responsible for the shipping fee forth and back.

Errors caused due to customers' own specification:

If the error of unfitting regarding size/color that were made or specified by customers during purchasing our products, the customers will not be eligible for refunds under this case.

We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.

We don't accept returning for following cases:

1)Custom-made items ( Note : Custom sizes and custom colors are not returnable )because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.

2)Items that have been worn, changed or damaged like altered,dyed,etc.When you return them back, please make sure the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.

Order Cancellations

Hello,as all of our dresses are made to order and once the our production begins,our dressses material cannot be reused.The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below .

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will 100% match the actual garment.The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown in our store. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress,otherwise,we will not accept return or exchange.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality;this also applies for the size,incorrect style and color.

3. Once Customer Service has approved your request,they will send a Product Return Form to you. Please fill the form and send it together with the item back to us as soon as possible.The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

4.You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

5.The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new),be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks,no smell.We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you.
