I will never order form this company again and I will most definitely make sure my friends and family know what my experience was. The shipping was quick I think. The communication was very poor. I had emailed to inquire about my purchase and never received a reply. But, my dress showed up on my doorstep. The worst part is the actually dress. It looks nothing like the photo as described. The color is totally off as well. The top is a different pattern and it’s honestly ugly. I won’t be able to re sell it either. Who would buy this? With a tear might I add. The seller is refunded a portion of the sale. Which, it’s been such a pain in the butt, I finally caved and just took it. I’m looking forward to shop and give business elsewhere. DO NOT order!

I absolutely hate my dress

The dress that i was sent looks nothing like this picture more like a 10$ piece of fabric they tried to recreat the look.. I want a full return the item came a week after the dmsaid delivery date and i paid to expedite the shipping . this residuals

Be VERY wary of buying from this seller!! When they make a mistake, they will make you pay for it and then avoid you! What happened to me:
1. Order the first dress, not custom, turned out perfect 2. Order the other 7 dresses for my bridesmaids but they all came in the wrong length - you could see their ankles without heels on.
3. I had to pay $120 for the return shipping of the dresses even though it was their mistake
4. They never collected the return and it was bounced back to me. So i bought shipping for nothing.
5. They charged me production price for the replacement 7 dresses ($300)
6. The dresses came in the WRONG colour- which they knew it was the wrong colour but made it anyway??
7. Now they are avoiding me and I am stuck with $2000 worth of useless dresses with my wedding coming

Dress was too short in the front and two sizes too big everywhere else.

There was a littler area on the inside part of the dress where the seams weren't stitched up all the way, therefore there is a little slit in the dress.

The bottom of the dress is see through and the sleeves don't match the size. Way too big.

Terrible. Different dress than the picture. I even gave this person a specific size for this dress. Took time to measure everything. Nothing fit right. I can't believe it
