Please pay within 24 hours of your purchase. If for some reason you are unable to pay until a certain date/time, please contact me as soon as possible. After 24 hours, I'll send a friendly reminder notice. If I don't recieve payment or hear from you within a week of the order, I'll assume you've changed your mind and cancel the sale.

I accept PAYPAL

You can pay through Paypal even if you don't have an account with them, and it is the safer way to pay.

I will accept cheques from all UK customers but bear in mind i wont post the item until the cheque has been recieved and has cleared in my bank account so paypal is a much quicker route also

will always try to post any items 1/2 working days after payment is recieved, unless the item is made to order as stated in the listing. I will always use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless contacted and asked otherwise.

I will ship internationally and these will be priced depending on the weight of the parcel and the best deal i can find.

will always make any custom orders as long as i can find the material/supplies needed for that order. Obviously these will take a little longer and depending on the order will depend on the time frame. If an item is needed by a particular date please say and i will see what i can do.

A cautionary word of advice:

Many of my shoes come with small buttons, beads, or ribbon/felt parts sewn to them. While I sew these on as securely as I can and probably better than what you would find on factory made items, please be careful and use supervision while your baby is wearing them.
