Once orders are processed and shipped, we can not cancel or accept returns due to the nature of our products, but if there is a problem or we have made an error, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve it.
If a package is not delivered or is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, purchasers are responsible for all costs resulting to re-ship the package.
We are not responsible if customer refuses to pay any custom charges and package is sent back to us.

We never include an invoice along with your order, if you want us to include your invoice send us a message or let us know in the note to seller box when checking out.
