If you wish to return your goods and obtain a refund please notify me within 7 days of receiving your items. Items should be unopened and unused and should be returned in the condition in which you received them. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives in a damaged condition. Once the item is received I will refund your original payment in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
I only accept payment via Paypal to ensure security for both buyer and seller.
If payment has not been made within 14 days and no contact has been possible then I will begin the cancellation process on a sale.
For custom orders a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required before I begin making the item to pay for any extra supplies needed. Once item is complete and has been ok'd by the buyer then the further 70% shall be paid.
Items will be shipped from the UK within 2 working days of cleared payment. Larger orders will be sent via courier to the UK or international signed for worldwide.
Shipping does not include any import customs charges incurred locally to the buyer.
