For custom orders I request 50% of the price to begin the work and will provide you with a good faith estimate on the completion date. Upon completion I request the remaining 50% and shipping. The final listing will include a photograph of the finished item. Payment for the completed item must be made within 14 days of notification of your final reserved listing (unless arrangements have been made in advance.) or your order will be cancelled. If an order has to be cancelled due to non-payment your initial payment less $35.00 will be returned via Pay Pal.
For Ready-to-Ship items immediate payment is required
Domestic (U.S.) will ship Priority Flat Rate with tracking information provided.
International (including Canada) will ship Parcel Post.
Money Orders and Checks must clear payment before item will be shipped.
7 days: If you are unhappy with purchase I will refund you purchase price (less shipping) after I receive your unused and unworn return. You are responsible for return shipping.
If I have made an error in fulfilling your order please contact me and I will make every effort to correct the problem in a timely manner.
