The Cheery Atelier is a small cheery workshop in sunny Singapore.

Our pieces are all uniquely & Carefully Hand-Crafted With a touch of Elegance. Most designs are only available in one piece, making it even more unique.

A label of lasting & quality jewelry, these are mainly crafted using 14 / 18 Karat Gold, 925 Silver, Semi-precious gems, Crystals or Swarovski beads.

1) Payment via Paypal & credit cards are accepted.

2) If you do not have a PayPal Account - Choose PayPal Option during checkout & upon submitting order, click on the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down the page to look for the option 'Dont have a PayPal account'.

You will then be prompted to fill in your contact and credit card information. You will be given the option to create a PayPal account, but you can decline that offer and continue your payment without a PayPal account..

*There is a link on the left side of the PayPal page to continue checkout without logging in to PayPal.

3)Please pay within 3 days of purchase so that the items can be sent to you soonest possible :)

If not, the transactions will be cancelled and the item will be relisted for sale. However, if more grace period is required, do inform us so that arrangement can be made.

1)We ship world-wide from Singapore. Delivery will be made to your PayPal shipping address.

2)All the items will be gift-wrapped in a beautiful box with bubble wrap and will be shipped via SingPost Registered Mail. Please note that a signatory is required upon mail receipt.

3)The ordered items will be sent out within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment (with the exception of customised orders). The Registered Article (RA) tracking number will be sent via message.

4)For international orders, once the parcel reaches your designated country, you will need to check with your local post office regarding the status of the parcel as it is the local courier's responsibility to update the status.

5)Please note that import duties / custom fees / taxes are not included in the item price and you will need to pay for it if it applies to your country. You may wish to contact your local post office to inquire about the applicable fees.

1) Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with the purchase. Otherwise, the sales is considered final and no refund will be issued.

2) All returns / exchanges (except customised orders) are only considered on a case by case basis and will need to be shipped back in the original condition/packaging at the expense of the buyer. However, please note that customised orders cannot be refunded/exchanged/cancelled.

3) Lost package, damaged package in transit : we will not be responsible. What we can do to help is to provide the Registered tracking number & also do an inquiry with the Mail Service Provider.

2) Customised orders will take between 3-7 days depending on the complexity of the design. We will inform you accordingly once the requirements and design are finalized.

3) Please not that once the design is finalised, the customised order cannot be

cancelled after 24 hours.
