I want you to be delighted with my creations and customer service, and I hope that you find something that you truly love in my shop.

Custom orders may take extra time if materials have to be specially ordered. You will be advised before the sale is completed.

With the exception of supplies, all pieces in my shop are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photo listings.

PayPal and credit cards are the preferred method of payment.

Please ensure your payment is completed within two days of purchase. Reserved listings orders, not completed within 48 hours by the buyer, will be cancelled without notice, but you can contact me again to re-list your reserved listing order.

Items will be shipped on the week that you payment clears.

I post all goods by USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is available at an extra fee, so please contact me during check out, to provide you with an invoice.

All goods are packed with extreme care to ensure they arrive in mint condition.

For specific requests, please let me know ahead of time and I will make it happen. Any costs incurred will be passed onto you.

International Customers:

Buyers are responsible for all duty and customs charges that may be incurred.

I want you to be totally happy with your purchase; so in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with my creations, I will be happy to exchange it for a same value item, use it as part of a payment for a higher value item, or give you a full refund. (Shipping and Paypal fees costs are not included)

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy applies only within 30 days, from shipping date.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of your payment but please allow up to 5 business days.

Rushed orders will incur an additional charge

Custom order processing times may vary. Estimates will be provided in advance of your purchase

::: Shipping Methods :::

All goods are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, Priority shipping is also available at an additional cost.

An email notification will be sent to you when your goods are on their way including a USPS Tracking number (USA customers only) and a Customs Reference number (International Customers)

::: Insurance ::::

Insurance is available upon request for an additional charge.

Goods lost or stolen are not refundable if shipping Insurance was not purchased when placing your order.

Shipping is done to the address listed in your Etsy account, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

::: Shipping timelines :::

Shipping timelines are based on the US Postal Service publicly available information, and are only for reference. As a shop owner I have no control over these.

USA

- First Class: 3-5 Business Days (standard)

- Priority: 2-3 Business Days (additional cost applies)

INTERNATIONAL

- First Class: Varies per destination but average 10-30 Business Days

- Priority: 6-10 Business Days (additional cost applies)

When Customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

::: Customs, Duty and Taxes :::

When ordering from Todo Papel, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination Country.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination Country.

Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Todo Papel has no control over these charges or can't predict what these may be.

::: Returns and Refunds :::

You may return most unopened items within 30 days from Shipping Date for a full refund.

Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is as a result of Todo Papel's error.

Packages lost in Transit, if not Insured, are the responsibility of the buyer.

::: Exchanges / Replacements :::

You can exchange or replace an item if your return meets certain criteria.

Valid only if received damaged, defective, or wrong item and need to replace it with the same item. Please contact me within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Replacements and exchanges will be sent after having received back the original package.

::: Order Cancellations :::

A discretionary fee may apply. Only applies prior to Shipping

Due to monitor calibration settings, colors may vary slightly. If you are purchasing an item based on color, feel free to reach out to me to purchase a sample to avoid disappointment.
