Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, by notifying us within 14 days from the receipt of shipment. The product must be returned in the same original (undamaged) condition as it was sent.


Shipping charges for any returned/changed item(s) are the client’s responsibility.


Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.


Exchange Policy

If product is damaged during transportation (faulty product), please provide the evidence, such as photo, of the damage. And we will provide free replacement of the item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
