Shipping is from Israel. All items will be carefully packed. I ship items over $25 value registered Israel airmail, $25 and under regular Israel airmail.

If no contact has been made with me I reserve the right to cancel an unpaid order after 24 hours. Please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase, if you are having any problems with the payment process, so we can work it out together.

I will not be held responsible for any customs fees for packages sent to international locations, or for packages sent to wrong locations if the address provided is incorrect.

I make every effort to display the colors as accurately as possible. However, each monitor reproduces colors differently, therefore the color that you see may be slightly different from the actual color.

I usually take pictures in direct sunlight, colors may look a bit less bright indoors.

I want every client to be happy with his purchase. Every case will be treated individually. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All merchandise must be returned in original condition to receive refund.

Estimated shipping times: from my experience it usually takes 2-3 weeks for orders to reach USA addresses, and 2 weeks for Europe. I will mail your order within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are sometimes delayed and reviewed by customs. Patience is needed, as these are only estimated times. I cannot be held responsible for any postal or customs delays after I ship out your order. Orders will not be called 'lost' untill at least 30 days after shipping. After this, it will be decided friendly between customer and me what measures have to be taken. The buyer will have the choice between a replacement item or a full refund.
