However, if for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied you may return or exchange your item. Unlike other companies we guarantee a full refund or exchange and do not collect a restocking fee.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and then return the jewelry within 3 business days and we will exchange or refund your money for the purchase price. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our negligence. Please email us at qt@q.com to let us know you would like to return a jewelry purchase. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice. We will give you an address at that time to make the return.

It is highly recommended that you insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We also recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days after receiving it. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned silver jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be added automatically if the products are shipped to an address within the State of Colorado.

Please note the Wrapped staff creates professional photographs of each piece of jewelry. However, the each computer monitor is calibrated differently and some colors may show differently on your screen then they actually appear in real life.

Wrapped has the right to use customer's order photos for promotion and portfolio purposes.

If you make a purchase from our store we will assume you read and agree to all the store policies.

We will ship your order via USPS mail with a delivery confirmation number unless otherwise instructed. We strongly recommend you insure your order. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that may be lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered. We offer a flat rate of insurance for $6 USD for domestic only. Please make sure to complete your correct address to ensure delivery. Should you choose to expedite your order, your account will be charged the appropriate amount, approximately $45 domestic and $85 international.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders will be shipped from our office within 5-7 days of payments received and cleared. We ship all orders from Monday through Friday 8-5 Mountain Time. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a Holiday the order will be shipped within the next 72 hours of normal business hours. You will be notified via email of other extenuating circumstances that may delay your shipment leaving our office.
