All items are shipped first class post within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless customised/bespoke, and are estimated to arrive within 2 working days.

If your PayPal and Luulla addresses/names/details are different, your order will be sent to your Luulla address unless notified otherwise.
Hopefully you won't be disappointed but all items are refundable if returned unopened/in their original state within 7 working days of receiving them. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return postage. You will be credited with a refund once I have received and checked the condition. However, personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty. If there are any issues with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me.
I always obtain "proof of posting" so please contact me if you think your parcel has been mislaid. I have to wait 25 days after the 'due delivery date' before I can report it so any international items lost in the post cannot be refunded until 6 weeks after posting, and UK orders 3 weeks after posting.
Please note that all orders are carefully packaged, if however they are damaged please let me know within 24 hours of receiving them.
I am more than happy to make customised and personalised items so please don't hesitate to contact me. Most of the items in my shop can be made in a variety of fabrics, please ask if you would like to see alternatives or if you have a particular colour/pattern in mind.
Most cards and illustrations can have personalised text, be tweaked in colour/design or can be designed from scratch if you have someone or something in mind. A4 cards are alos available, perfect for work cards with plenty of space for colleagues to write in.

All items are shipped airmail within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless customised/bespoke. Estimated delivery is 3-14 working days but you also need to allow extra for security checks and delays at airports, most things I have sent have been with the customer within that time frame but it can take up to 28 days.
Import duties, taxes and charges on international items are not included in P&P charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office about these additional charges before purchasing
