3. Is the custom order available?

Yes! We can do custom dress for you both in size and color. And if you want to make a change for our original dress or order a dress which is not our lists, both of them are OK, just please send me conversation and tell me what you want.

4. What's the return policy?

Our customers can return/exchange the dresses for refund, if we send you wrong size/color/poor quality dresses.

We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look well on you, but there is no any problem on the dress!

What kinds of condition can be returned?

1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more:

2. If you received a damaged product, we accept return;

3. If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.)

4. If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return)

Notice:

(1). Return request will not be accepted by personal preference.

(2). Custom sizes, custom style and custom color can not be returned, because it is custom made for u.

1.All the dresses were be made as 95% similar as the picture ,if you request 100% same as the picture ,please don t make payment.

2.I refuse return the items back without any quality problems . If you bought it ,and not love it after you received it , I refuse return !!!!

3.Please contact us in 2 days if you have any problem of the dress after you get it,if you want to send the dress back,buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).

4.For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

5.If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 2 working days, then send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.

6.All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all package materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and maybe considered for trade-in purposes only. We do not cover any items for damage after use.

7.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

I am an honest seller ,I will check all of my products before I post them to you,all dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equal 10% of the item price.Thank you in advance for your understanding.

1. Orders canceled within 2 days of payment confirmed will be charged 10% fee and buyer is eligible for a 90% refund.

2. After 2 days of payment confirmed,buyer will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
