I ship internationally through the Greek Post Office, withing the next three working days of your purchase.

Strikes and National Holidays may set back the shipment a few days. I will try to let you know about those cases in my shop announcements, so please take a look there also.

I only ship with registered mail, in order for the items to be traceable. This way you have to sign in order to receive the item and in the case no one is home, a notice will be left and you can pick up your order from the nearest post office.

It usually takes 3 working days after posting to get an item within Greece; 5 - 7 days within European Union, and 8-18 days for US, Canada and Australia.

Buyers are responsible for taxes and customs fees in case there are any.

In case a buyer fails to receive the registered package after the notice has been left from the postman (usually in 15 days time) and the package returns to me, the shipping cost in order to send it again to the buyer, has to be paid again.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. I really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please convo me in the case of a problem and I will be happy to work with you in sorting it out. In case we agree on a refund, please bear in mind that I cannot refund shipping costs.

I can repair any damaged item, resize it to fit you best, or - if possible- remake it.

CUSTOM ORDERS PROCEDURE:

I more than welcome custom orders! Through the drop menus some of my listings have you can choose the color, the length and other properties in order to personalise your item. If there is no drop menu in a listing that you need personalised please write your preference in the message to the seller field. When left blank you will get what is pictured and stated in the listing description.

When you buy a custom made item I make one specially for you. This means that I make it, I photograph it, I send you the photos and I wait for your approval. Upon approval the item is send. If there is no communication in the two days after I send you the photos I ship the item as it is.

Two people's imaginations are better than one, so if you imagine there is something I could make just for you, please DO convo me, I love challenges!!!
