Our goal is to provide quality bath, body, and beauty products at affordable prices. All of our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients.

By using ingredients found in nature, like plant and fruit oils, butters, and essential oils, you get naturally healthy skin without all the chemicals found in most commercial beauty products.

We currently only accept payment through Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, please convo me and I will try to assist you in setting up an account.

We generally have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days, however certain times of year we may experience a higher volume of orders, and a longer turnaround time. Check our shop announcement for the most up to date current processing time.

All packages are sent via USPS, either first class or priority mail, depending on size/weight of package. Delivery confirmation with tracking is ALWAYS added for your protection.

If you are in need of a rush order, please convo me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

International shipping is now available on all products! See individual item listings for shipping costs. USPS does give a shipping label number at the time of shipping; however, once the package leaves the US, it is no longer scanned and tracked. I would greatly appreciate it if you would convo me and let me know when your package arrives! I always worry about my international orders getting there safely!

We're sure that you will absolutely LOVE your purchase from Aqua Blossom; however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know before leaving feedback so we can work out a replacement option. We will gladly exchange or refund any item to ensure your satisfaction!

We ship year-round, and because we use natural ingredients like butters and plant oils, sometimes the body scrubs will settle and the body butters and lip balms will soften. They are still fine! If this happens, we suggest stirring the scrubs before use, and putting the body butters and lip balms in the fridge for a while.

If a product arrives leaking or broken, PLEASE let us know!! We take every measure to ensure that our products are sealed and packed securely, but sometimes the mail service is just too rough with them. We will gladly replace any item that has been broken or leaked.

We use only the best ingredients, most of which are natural. But everyone's skin is different, and some people may have a reaction. Aqua Blossom is not responsible for any reactions that may occur. Please be sure to read the ingredients before use, and feel free to contact me regarding ingredients prior to purchasing. I may be able to leave out a certain ingredient that you are sensitive to.

We use only FDA approved, cosmetic grade colorants in our products.

To add fragrance to our products, we use either essential oils or fragrance oils. All fragrance oils are phthalate-free, formaldehyde-free, and alcohol-free.

Samples & Reviews: Unfortunately I am unable to send free samples. It is just not cost effective. But we do offer mini sized versions of most products, so you can try a smaller amount before buying the full sized one.
