Refunds
The majority of my listings are for patterns... knitting and crochet patterns. Occasionally I do have actual handmade items, but not always. Please read carefully as I have made every effort to distinguish my patterns as "PATTERNS" and not actual items that I made and ship to customers.
Refunds are not given if pattern has already been emailed to you... and trust me, I email fast. =)
