Prompt payment is always preferred but I allow up to 3 days after purchasing to make a payment
If you need longer than 3 days, then please contact me and we can come to some arrangement
If it has not been paid for within the 3 days and you haven't contacted me, then the item will be re-listed for sale
All UK orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail - except for rings which are 2nd class (to keep postage costs down for customers)
Overseas is standard Airmail. This service is not trackable.
Although the majority of overseas orders are received within 2 weeks, please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for such deliveries, especially during specific times of the year, ie Christmas. If you have still not received your order by then, please let me know
All orders are posted within 2-3 days of payment and I obtain a Certificate of Posting for each item
Of course I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not 100% happy then please contact me so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
I will happily refund your item but it must be in the condition you received it and unworn. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless it is faulty/damaged.
It is advisable for you to obtain a Certificate of Proof of Posting when returning in case the item is lost in the post
