Welcome to BellaJoo! Most of our designs are original and designed by my two hands. I use high quality materials to create beautiful pieces.


First and foremost, Please understand that the nature of the use of natural handmade items. Sometimes, stone sizes and colors can be slightly different. This does not mean that you will get poor quality, this means that you will get your own unique piece.


Each piece of jewelry will be delivered in a beautifully crafted gift box with the BellaJoo Logo.


Payment

I accept payment through Paypal and Credit Card Only. No personal checks.


Shipping

Domestic Shipment - Item(s) are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. I use USPS, First Class with tracking and delivery time of 2- 5 days and do offer expedited shipping upon request. Please convo me if you need your item sooner and I will do my best to accommodate!


International shipping - Item(s) are shipped with USPS. There is no tracking and no insurance available for regular First Class Mail and shipping can take 1-5 weeks. We can't be held accountable for the time that packages are held in customs, or other unforeseen delays due to weather or by the USPS.


Please note that customs fees and charges have nothing to do with your shipping costs, and are not covered in your Luulla purchase(s). These are assessed directly by your country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion.


Refunds and Exchanges

Customer’s satisfaction is priority to me! Please convo me within 3 days after you receive the item if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase before leaving any negative feedback.


If the problem cannot be solved, returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship return(s) in a padded envelope or box, and include a copy of your order invoice.


Shipping fees cannot be refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is also not part of the refund amount due to postage are a transaction between the buyer and USPS, thank you for your understanding.


Please do not send anything back without contacting me first.


When you ship item(s) back, please send them with shipping confirmation to the return address and please forward shipping confirmation number.


Refunds are issued after returned package has been received to me. Return funds excluding first shipping cost will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 48 hours.


Additional Policies and FAQs

Reserved Listings must be paid for within 3 business days of the posted date. Please keep in mind when requesting a reserved listing that sellers must pay a non refundable listing fee and the items are set aside for you and are not available to other buyers.

1. Q: Do you include an invoice in the package?


A: Since most of my orders are as gift, I do not include invoices in the package(s).


If you would like an invoice please let me know during checkout.


2. Q: Is the jewelry shipped in a gift box?


A: Yes. All jewelry is shipped in gift boxes.


3. Q: How do I use a Coupon Code?


A: Once you are in the cart page, you will see a text box next to a button that says


“Apply Coupon”. Enter your coupon code into that box and hit enter. You will see


it reflected in your total.


4. Q: What should I do if coupon code does not work?


A: For some reason, if the coupon code did not work, please leave us a comment


during checkout and I will refund it back to you.
