Standard Shipping:

I usually ship 2x a week. Prints are delivered in an envelope with padded cardboard inserts or mailer tubes.

Shipping Upgrades:

If you would like to add tracking, insurance, or faster shipping to your order, please let me know and i will will be happy to provide a revised cost to you.

Prints to the USA:

These can take up to 12 business days to arrive from SHIPMENT date. If the print does not arrive I am happy to re-print and mail one additional item again at no additional fee to you. Sometime our mail system sucks!

Prints to the CANADA:

These can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive from SHIPMENT date. If the print does not arrive I am happy to re-print and mail one additional item again at no additional fee to you. Sometime our mail system sucks!

Prints to INTERNATIONAL:

I ask for 20 business days post mailing, prior to a "lost" reshipment being sent.

Refunds:

Since the cost is mostly for my time. I do not offer refunds unless there are special circumstances. (IE: Within 2 minutes after purchase). If you are dissatisfied with the product in anyway, please message me and I'm happy to work something out with you directly and make you happy. Just email me at: Syntric@me.com

Damanged or Lost Goods:

While I do take great care in packaging and preparing each item for shipment. If it does show up, is damaged and isn't up to par, let me know and I'll mail you a replacement. See my shipping policy for policies on this.

Color Schemes:

If you like my prints but they aren't in a colour you like feel free to message me and if I have time I'll try and create a custom color design for you. I can't always promise this but I'll try! Also, please note that screen resolutions aren't always indicative of the true printed colour. Different monitors show different colours so I can't guarantee an exact colour match with your monitor.

Custom Orders:

I love creating custom orders, so send me a message if you have a art print in mind and I'll see what I can do to make it happen. :)
