*Your purchases are generally mailed with in 3-5 days. I custom make each piece of jewelry for you as my orders arrive. If you need a rush on your piece, just let me know and I can accomodate you.

*All our Jewelry items are gift boxed. Please let me know if you need gift wrapping, I will be happy to do this.

Your jewelry will be mailed to your Etsy address, unless you notify me.

If you would like insurance for your jewelry please let me know, and I will send you the total.

I accept Paypal for domestic and international sales. Check, or Money Order for domestic sales only. Unless other arrangements have been made, checks or money orders not received within seven days of purchase will result in a cancellation of the sale.

PayPal payments must be made at the time of purchase.

If for any reason our jewelry or art does not meet your expectations, let me know. It is my goal to have happy customers and we will make it right for you. We do accept returns after 15 days with our jewelry in its original conditon, unless noted, and refund your money timely. We do not issue refunds on custom orders. However, if you have any issues with custom orders we will do everything to make it what you want.

If the return is due to an error on my part, I will also refund your shipping costs.

We love creating custom orders. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on these items.

Repairs: If for any reason my jewelry breaks or needs to be repaired from normal wear, I am happy to do this free of charge.

Many people ask me about wholesale and consignment orders. I don't offer this service, but many of my customers will purchase pieces and mark them up for the shops.
