Items will be shipped with in 1 to 3 business days after purchase is made. If you need your product sooner please let me know and add the priority shipping option to your order. Please make sure you have your correct first , last name, and address when you are checking out.

International orders are shipped Standard International and can take between 1-8 weeks to arrive. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties. International customers are responsible for any tax or fees that may be associated with shipping to customers origin.

Our shipping costs are set to the lowest amount and do not include a tracking number. If you would like to be able to track your order please upgrade your shipping to the priority shipping option.

Due to the sanitary reasons all orders are final. We can not resell jewelry that has been worn and or handled by others. We are also unable to refund after order is complete so make sure when you are ordering that your are sure it is the item you want to purchase.

We stand by our handcrafted products 100%. In the event that your product should get damaged in shipping we will fix the product. Ship product back with in 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If your items should get broken due to normal use we will fix the product at no cost to you. We must receive the item with in three weeks from the date of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If item can not be repaired or if the item is no longer available at my shop we will issue you a shop credit for you to use in our shop.
