A: Yes! We offer free customized service, just select "Custom Color" or "Custom size" and tell us what color you like, your actual measurements or other special requirements.

Q: Can I rush the order?

A: Yes! If you want to receive the dress asap, we can do rush order for you, but there will be an urgent fee.

Q: How long will it take to make a dress?

A: It depends on the dress structure, usually, we need 8 to 15 working days to finish a dress.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide by international express such as FedEx, UPS, DHL,Aramex,TNT,DPD,EMS,DPEX etc.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. 1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled 2-4 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

3.Orders canceled after 4 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

4.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

1. Please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.

2. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, no perfume.

3. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.

4. Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.

5.Custom sizes, custom style and custom color can not be returned, because it is custom made for you.

1.This dress does not include any wedding accessories such as gloves,veils and the crinoline petticoat(showed on picture).

2.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee color will be exactly same as pictures you saw.
