Goods must be returned.
Return cost must be paid by the buyer
Returns only accepted if item received is wrong or faulty.
Items must be returned in same condition and packaging as received.
Order can be cancelled in 24 hours of order placement.
Order cancellation must be informed through message.
If payment don't come through in 3 days of order placement, order will be considered cancelled and it would require re-ordering.
It takes 3-5 working days to ship item to your door step from the day item gets out of factory.
All items are handmade and Product making takes 10 days from the day payment gets cleared.
View Size Chart attached in item pictures as sizing guide. All items are made in regular size but for custom sizes you must mention in messages after placing order. There may be little extra cost for customization
You get what you see in picture. Colors could slightly be different due to photography effects. Craftsmanship team requires at least 10 business days to manufacture the product as we hand stitch. Making time starts from the day payment gets cleared. Sizes bigger than advertised and custom designs may cost extra
