Discreet shipping & Private Listing. Ships in plain white poly mailer packaging envelope, keeps contents secure and tamper proof. The return address label will simply state SHIPPING DEPT. We ship all orders first class, priority or Express class via UnitedStates Postal Service (USPS) depending on which class you purchase. We use USPS & UPS for domestic shipping. International shipping is through USPS only.

All orders are ready to ship in 1 business day (24hrs) and usually ships within 2 - 3 business days with postal shipment delivery tracking. Most orders will ship the same day, except Sundays and holidays. Expedited shipping available. Failed Delivery - Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned by the carrier, refused or undeliverable.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final and will not be accepted for refund or exchange by the cause of hygiene and health code reasons.

Due to health code regulations we regret that we are unable to accept opened, non-defective products for any reason. If you receive an incorrect product we will gladly replace it. We will accept returns or exchanges of unopened and unused products. If an item is returned and determined to be used, soiled, washed, ripped or torn condition, a refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense. For all refunds and exchanges, buyer must send the item with postal shipment delivery tracking within 3 days of receiving delivery. If the item is sent back with no postal shipment delivery tracking attached, all exchanges and refunds will not be issued or granted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund will be issued only when items are received. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the unwanted items. Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. Shipping and handling fees are no t refundable.
