I accept major credit cards or e-check payments through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase (business hours/days). If you pay by "e check" through Paypal, item will be shipped once the check clears. Once I receive notice from PayPal that your check has cleared, I will ship your purchase.

NOTE: I will only ship to the address you have on file with Paypal. PLEASE make sure your address on file with Paypal is correct. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their address on PayPal is incorrect. Please make sure your address on Paypal is CONFIRMED.

I must collect sales tax on Connecticut sales. The tax rate is 6.35%

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must do so before I ship the item. I ship pretty quickly; usually within 24 hours of payment. So please be sure of your purchase before buying. Buyers are responsible for any return postage on cancelled orders. Postage will not be refunded.

My ready-made items are shipped within 24-48 hours (business days). Custom orders are shipped within 5 business days.

All items are shipped via U.S. Post Office First Class Mail (or Priority mail if items weigh more than 13 oz) and include Delivery Confirmation. If you wish another shipping method, please contact me. If you need the item quickly, I will gladly use Priority Mail or Overnight Mail but buyer is responsible for increased mailing price. Please contact me prior to ordering so I can make a special listing for you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Buyers are responsible for all custom fees. Please be aware of what your country's custom fees are. Please also be aware that shipping from the U.S. to other countries may take anywhere from several days to several WEEKS. I ship via International First Class.

Refunds accepted within 30 days.* You MUST contact me prior to returning the item so I know to expect it in the mail. I will provide you with return instructions at that time. I will refund the purchase price (not the shipping & handling). I'm sorry, but custom items are not refundable unless an error was made on my part. Refunds will not be issued until the original item is returned - no exceptions. See below for refunds involving purchase of wrong size collars.

*I cannot accept returns on chewed collars. Please do not let your dog play with the collars. All returns must be in the original condition (new, unused, clean, etc.).

Refunds cannot be given if buyer purchases the wrong size. However, if you wish to return the item and exchange it for the correct size, that's fine. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in this case. If you need help with sizing, just contact me.
