I wish I could have seen the dress in person as it looks stunning on this site. However, I ordered this dress and no communication from the seller. No info on process time, no tracking number, no estimated time of arrival, nothing. The seller never responded. I sent 7 emails. The parent company, Luulla, responded and finally told me to ask for a refund through my PayPal account as they couldn't even get the company to respond. I tried to leave the rating for the "Item as described" and "Size" blank, but this survey wouldn't let me. I had to put something.

I order this 5 months ago and I didn't receive anything. I try to contact to get an answer or my money back with no response. 0 stars won't use this site again.

We paid for dress and we NEVER got the dress! I tried to contact them many times and never heard anything back even after submitting my daughter's measurements. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!

I have not yet recieved my dress. I was told that it would be here 03/05/2019. Should I be expecting it soon? Is there a phone number that I can reach at to verify delivery?
