Empyrean Artistry accepts payment through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use it. You can pay with your credit card just as easily.

Your item will be shipped as soon as it has been paid for. Usually, this means 1-3 business days.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Light orders will ship First Class and usually arrive in 3-8 business days. Larger, heavier orders may not be light enough to ship First Class. Those orders will often arrive in 5-10 business days.

Empyrean Artistry cannot predict weather and other events that may delay your package delivery. Please keep that in mind. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us, we may be able to assist you.

If you purchase internationally, it is your responsibility to pay any possible customs fees. We recommend you check your country's law on international orders ahead of time.

Please double check your address when purchasing from us! If you supply an incorrect address, we will require you to pay for secondary shipping costs.

We do our best to offer accurate, high resolution photographs. However, not all computer screens are the same. Colors may vary from screen to screen. Please keep this in mind.

Measurements of premade items are available under the listing description. You are welcomed to ask questions if you are concerned with the product size.

If the item is not to your liking, you may return it and receive a refund of the purchase price. We cannot refund shipping expenses. Items must be returned to us unused, clean, and undamaged.

If you ordered a product from Empyrean Artistry and received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. Please photograph the contents inside the package and send us the photo. We then can ship you the correct product at no extra charge.

If you canceled the order after the product was shipped, then you must ship the product back to us unused, clean, and undamaged. We can give you a refund of the purchase price, but cannot refund shipping expenses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- - Item Arrived Damaged - -

Empyrean Artistry does their best to prepare packages for travel. However, sometimes, items do not arrive safely. If an item you purchased from us arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item so that we may issue you a refund.
