SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be proceeded in 1-5 working days, unless specified or special arrangements. Tracking number will be provided. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 5 to 21 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

MAIL TYPE

It's generally registered airmail (standard post). You may choose to upgrade the shipment to secure and efficient express delivery by paying the upgrade fee. It generally takes 2-4 days for delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the Goods in your Order can be lawfully imported to destination country. Customers are the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their destination country, in addition to the brokerage fees and any custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Fancy Dream has no control over these charges and is unable to predict what they might be.

Unfortunately, however, if you do receive a damaged item, wrong item or missing in your order, please contact Fancy Dream and send us some pictures showing the packing envelop/ box, the wrap, and the products within 5 days upon the arrivals of the package. Let's work out a solution including replacement or refund. If applicable, customer will be responsible for the return postage and Fancy Dream will afford the cost of resending.
