Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress;
1. If you are returning dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
2. The shipping fee when you sent the dress back will be on your account, please be noted; and if we made nothing wrong with the dress and you send back, the shipping fee we paid for sending to you, customer need to bear too, pls try to understand.
3. For return of custom made dresses, a restocking fee of 30% of the product purchase price will be charged, please be noted;
4. Refund will send to customer when products was received and checked nothing wrong.
1. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving products.
2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defective products within 48 hours.
3. Your email will be processed by our reviewing department within 2 working days.
4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full.
5. After the final investigation, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 business days(customer assumes the shipping cost). Only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
Notice: For the returned product, please make sure they are in original condintion-intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and clean.
6. If return or exchange problem is caused by yourself, we will not accept return.

Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:
1. If you ask for order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel it for you and give you full refund. But because luulla will charge seller 10% commition for each transaction, so once order were canceled, buyer need to pay 10% amount for the cancelations.
2. If you ask for order cancellation within 24-48 hours after payment. We only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee. Because your order is processing by factory 24 hours after your payment.
3. No refund 48 hours after the payment, we will not accept your order cancellation
For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses:
All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Now, we need about 15-30 days to processing your order and another 5-7 days for shipping. So, we advise you to expect the delivery to take approximately 17-22 days. For rush order, dress can be finished in 7-10 days, and other 5-7 days for shipping, So, that means, if you choose rush order, dress will take about 12-14 working days to you, your patience means you get the best designs and quality. Definitely worth the wait!
For Casual Dresses, you can get the item you ordered about 10 days after you placed order.
For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses:
There will need 7-10 days to finish your dress if you choose rush order, and then 5-7 days for shipping, that means, you need about 12-14 working days to get the dress after you placed the order.
For Casual Dresses, generally speaking, for casual dresses, you can get it around 10 days after you place order, but if you need in a hurry, please contact me, we will rush that for you.
