I received the dress and it looks nothing like it does in the picture. Also the fabric inside made the dress really tight making it unable for me to fit past my waste. The top fit just fine, but the fabric you guys put iside the dress should be removed. I know have to go to a tailor to get my dress fixed. I am very disappointed, because I have run out of time and I now have to pay an additional amount of money for my dress to be tailored.

I ordered a $200 dress with an event occurring in one month. I was in contact with the maker and told them i needed the dress by a specific date. I was assured it would happen, it did not. I had to go out last minute and buy a whole new dress. When I got home from my trip the box was sitting on the porch and had never been actually signed for. I tried it on, the zipper was broken and the dress wasn't the color I ordered. When I emailed the maker about the dress issues and it being late, I was told it wasn't their problem. I will not order from them ever again.

I ordered this dress for a dance 32 days ago. I bought a" rush my order so that the dress would be here within the 20-30 days that was promised. I am concerned that we still have not received it. If we do not get the dress by Friday May 5th I will have to cancel this order and will expect a full refund. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you.

I ordered this dress on February 19th for my daughter. I stated the event date was March 30th. We were told we would have the dress ONE WEEK prior to the event. That means we should have had the dress on March 23rd. Today is March 25th and we still DO NOT have the dress and HAVE NOT been provided with shipping information as of today. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND as we are going to have to go purchase another dress locally at the last minute. Please email me at dvorak@midlandu.edu with refund details. This is VERY disappointing as my daughter's prom has been ruined because she didn't get the dress she wanted. I asked in the email above if rush fee was necessary and on one ever responded to me and you told my daughter she would have it in time!!
