Poor quality fabric and poor fit

1)Dress did not match the picture( in the picture you can clearly see that it was not to have lace and when I got it it did and I was not even match my skin tone, also had these chest pads that stood out like a sore thumb)
2)the estimate time was no more then a month. The only reason I got the dress barely in time because I had to contact the sell who took long to respond and that was after a month of waiting at that point
3) did not get the dress until 1 1/2 months after ordering Overall do not recommend at all

The dress I ordered is nothing like the picture on website. Now I am responsible for shipping cost to China in order to receive a refund.

The dresses from this company or crap. This just in particular he’s made completely of tool, isn’t the right size, is far too long and needs to be hemmed, and his poorly constructed. I am a seamstress and this is one of the wort dresses I have ever seen in my entire life. I will never buy from this company again and anyone that can hear my voice or follows my social media will know not to buy from this company. this was supposed to be my wedding dress and now it’s garbage because they will not return it for a fall fund. I spoke to customer service after the dress was here and they just kept giving me the runaround and trying to convince me to keep the dress because they knew they were never going to except it back and they didn’t want a bad review. Don’t bother with the customer service it’s a waste of time. I cannot argue enough to not buy from this company they are thieves and ConMen!!! Good Luck!

I am so disappointed with this purchase. It was custom-sized. I do not believe in leaving negative views unless it is truly unsatisfactory, as this is the case with this purchase. The people I spoke with said that they could recreate the dress. This is no where near the dress. I also requested Ivory and as you can tell this is white. This is supposed to be a wedding dress. There is no way this can be used. It is a total waste of money. I wanted to cry for my daughter when I saw it. If you look at the cape it is not evenly distributed in the top. The front is worse. You can even see where they cut the material on the edges. The custom size is not even custom. You can even see how they glued the sequence on with a glue gun. If you look at the original picture pearls were used, not sequence. This is a cheesy sad outcome/. And to think, I was going to order bridesmaids dresses from this place. No way now.I am truly disappointed.

I ordered this dress for prom because it looked exactly like an in store dress I’d tried on but was much cheaper. However, the dress came two weeks before my prom when I purchased it a month in advance. It also looked NOTHING like the photo and was nothing like the description given to me by the creator. I hated my prom look and don’t even like looking back at photos. Never. Again.

I received the dress. It looks nothing like this one I posted. I immediately contacted the company. They are insisting it’s the dress and it’s not . All I want is a great dress for my sweet 16. Please help!
