DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER!!!!!!! I bought my wedding dress on June 18th 2023 my wedding is August 26th 2023. Price starting at $131.60 plus shipping (normal $28.00) subtotal $159.60. Look at my credit card statement i get charged $174.00. On top of not being told and disclosed the currency difference i was charged $174.00. Then I checked and asked for a tracking number and now being 30 days from my wedding the seller their system closed and cancelled my order without telling me. I sent emails repeatedly for 2 days to have the seller tell me (I quote) "I'm so sorry dear but the system closed this order... Have a good day" meaning my dress is no longer coming then to top it off i look at my account and receipt again this morning and they charged me ANOTHER $14.00 dollars. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM AND A JOKE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. $188.00 it is a lot of money when your a bride on a very very tight budget. I voice my experience so they fix this problem and make sure this never happens to anyone else in the future. Have a good day!

I just purchased the dress and i have been emailing the seller regarding the processing and shipping restrictions. The website showed 100 available dresses ready to ship. My order is not custom and I paid for express shipping, but the website also states that they take 10 processing days not including shipping. I just need to know if the dress will come in on time, if not I need to find another dress that can get here on time. Yet still, no response. No a good start, I normally don't use this website and i should have just stuck to JJHouse or DHgate but here we are.

The dress came and looks completely different than what it was like in the pictures. The top of the dress the tool on the bottom were two completely different shades of the blue and were supposed to be the same. The material was cheap quality and if fit my daughter incorrectly even though we sent in measurements that her grandmother, a former seamstress, took for me. All in all we are very unstaified with the quality of the dress and would not recommend purchasing from the seller.
