Buyer response:
I ordered this coat on October 24th 2013. The picture shows the coat as a black color and what arrived today is a Bright Blue. This is not what I want and in no way is what was represented as to what i was ordering and paying for. Please send me instructions on how i can get a refund for this purchase and in addition I don't want to pay for the return shipping as this is your misrepresentation and mistake not mine so please send a return shipping label or note on how you will reimburse me for the return shipping.
