DO NOT order from this company. I wish I had read the many reviews warning not to buy before I did. Ordered shoes on December 24 and a month later hadn’t received them. Went back-and-forth with customer service who gave me excuse after excuse for another month and I finally just requested a refund. They stopped communicating, and Now three months later, I still haven’t received the shoes nor the refund. I am currently trying to figure out how to report this company as fraudulent and committing theft.

It’s been over a month and I have not received my shoes. I have reached out to the seller and they won’t reply. Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered my shoes in August I still have not got my shoes on top of that I’ve reached out multiple times asking if my shoes were shipped out yet if there was any updates . I have not got a response at all. This is very unprofessional

I would upload a photo, but I never actually received my shirt, I ordered this shirt well over a month ago. I haven’t heard anything back from the cellar. I want my money back.

I placed an order for this on 29th January and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AS THEY CAN’T EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAILS ASKING FOR UPDATES!

Paid for 2 pairs of shoes on 24/11/2022 and today is the 9/1/2023 and no shoes have arrived. I’m now going to contact Paypal for my money back because I believe this is a SCAM SITE. BUYERS BEWARE.

I ordered this product on October 22nd and it's now November 12th and I've heard nothing from the seller or from Luulla so I will be reporting it to my credit card company.

This is more a review of the supplier rather than the item. I did not receive the item due to the express shipping not clearly stated in the description. Very poor communication and they ignored my question as I wanted to purchase the product again with express shipping. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Don’t buy this item. I bought this item back in August 24th. Been nearly a month and I haven’t received any email with a tracking number. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times and have not received any kind of response. The dress looked pretty, it’s a shame I couldn’t get it and received no communication whatsoever.
