Shipper has stated dress shipped 4-15 yet FedX only has a label. If dress is not here by 4-21 we will request a refund

The dress was not at all what was pictured. The color was a different shade, the sequence is different, there was just a zipper instead of pearls being on top and the belt was wrong. It was over priced for the way that it arrived and took almost 2 months to arrive. Also the neckline was not how it was in the picture. I do not plan to shop on this site again nor do I recommend anyone else to.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I've purchased this dress and have been emailing regarding my expecting date. I still haven't heard a thing. I've bought this dress for a destination wedding and need it by a certain date and they have already taken my payment, but can't simply provide an expecting delivery date. Very unprofessional and very upsetting. It's stressful not knowing when a needed purchase is going to come in. Now I'm going to have to go look elsewhere for a dress on such short notice...

I sent the dress I bought back because it had a damage and I never received the refund.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer. The color of the dress was incorrect and after following the process given for a return I shipped the product back in good faith and was told I would receive a refund. It has been 4 months since the return and I've heard nothing from the seller or Luulla support. I will NEVER use this site again nor will I recommend it to anyone!
