refunds, exchanges and shipping
i use usps to ship i dont send with tracking number if you would like for me to provide tracking please let me know when you order. I carefully ship your package and ive never had an item arrived damaged but, in the event that it occurs i will make sure that you will be happy with the outcome. usps takes 3-7 days but i find it usually arrives in 3-4 days in the u.s.. Please let me know if you dont recieve your item in a reasonable time, let me know asap. i ship your order the day i recieve it or the following day if order goes through in the evening. I accept custom orders and i request they are paid for in advance i will take pictures of item in progress for your approval before i send it.
