Jessica was very helpful, and got back to me right away with my order/questions. Somehow, this particular ring I ordered got lost in the mail, but she was very prompt and helpful in getting me new rings, to replace the one I never received. Over all the rings are really nice quality and I love them! Handmade jewelry is the best! Thank you (Jessica) for being so helpful and prompt in your responses and getting me replacement rings!
