I would like to cancel this order because I don’t like it

Ended up asking for a refund since order never arrived. The buyer blamed me for not specifying a colour even though there was not an option to choose the colour; then they refused to send the order after I'd emailed them my colour preference. In the end I had to contact luulla to intervene. I did get the refund but could have definitely done without the hassle, cagey attitude and time wasted.

My order was never shipped I never got a tracking number and I had trouble cancelling my order
