Please don't make the mistake I made and order this dress. I ordered it on June 15 and received it on July 26 - not a timely delivery. It was for my son's wedding and luckily I found another dress. Secondly, correspondence with the seller was void - I had to enlist the Luulla dispute center to help with communication and shipment. Lastly the quality is awful. The quality, fit, fabric, and overall look of the dress is terrible. Please save $200 and forego this purchase. The dress is beautiful in the picture, but the actual garment makes a gunny sack look glamorous.

The dress looks like the picture. I ordered in a different color, and it looked amazing. In pictures. Not on a person. The issue I had started with fit. I ordered US size 6, and it is not US size 6. If you custom order with measurements, maybe it will fit you. I doubt it, because the way that it is cut, it doesn't fit human proportions (i.e. armpit is too low - think t-rex arms) The other issue is about returning the item. It is difficult to return item from USA to China, especially with COVID-19 quarantines. She wanted me to return the dress immediately for a full refund. I was shocked at her lack of compassion about a disease that infiltrated my country from hers. However, we worked out at 50% refund and I was able to keep the dress (though I do not know what to do with it, because it does not fit anyone). I would suggest that Americans not order from this seller, just to avoid dealing with complications. A hard lesson for me to learn. I'm still overall unsatisfied with the outcome, but am glad to be done with this interaction.

The sellers communication was great. But unfortunately the dress looks nothing like what I see in the picture, my prom is 2 weeks and I have nothing to wear

I made my purchase on March 26 and haven't heard anything from the seller as far as when it will be shipped. My prom is on April 22nd , so I need my dress no later than April 18th or I need my money back. Please respond as soon as possible as this is a very urgent matter.

Seller communication is very bad, I have been trying to contact the seller for over a month and a half, but no answer. I also do not know when my order arrived and I did not receive any information about the order.
