Regular Orders:

I print the art work after the order is placed, which allows me to easily customize colors. The ink dries overnight, and then I ship. This process can take 1-3 days.

Custom/Personalized Orders:

I will send a proof within 48 hours of your purchased. Edits are turned around within 24 hours. I will print and ship within 48 hours after final approval is made by the customer.

I now offer free gift wrapping by request only! Wrapping an art print with traditional wrapping paper is not practical, so the 5x7 and 8x10 prints are interested in gorgeous envelopes decorated with seasonal stickers or stamps. The 11x14 prints are wrapped in elegant silver tissue paper. Please include gift note and gift wrap request information during checkout.

This archival quality fine art print is printed on ultra smooth matte paper using a wide spectrum printer with ChromaLife 100 inks. The colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed art.

All items are shipped within three business days of receiving order and payment and approval of the proof (if applicable). Saturday and Sunday are not included. The art prints are sealed in cellophane for protection and shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer.

Shipping costs also include Handling. These costs include shipping supplies, gas to/from post office, time filling out Customs paperwork, as well as postage.

DOMESTIC USA

All domestic shipping is shipped first class through USPS, usually with delivery confirmation. Please allow about 1 week for delivery.

I can also upgrade the shipping to Priority ($5) and Express ($25). Please contact me for details before ordering.

International shipping is not tracked. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Your package will go through Customs, which can delay the package's arrival. Your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes on your purchase, which are the buyer's responsibility. Orders are marked as 'merchandise' on customs forms. I will not mark the package as "gift" to avoid customs fees, nor will I send the package without a customs form. I do not accept returns due to customs fees. I will include an invoice with the value of the artwork in the package, per Custom's requirements.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly.

No refunds will be made on Custom or Personalized Orders, including Custom/Personalized "I Love You From Here To --, Birth Name, and similar items). I send proofs of these items before printing. When the proof was approved, the sale is final. All custom orders must be paid for before the design is begun.

If an item was damaged during shipping, please send me a photo of the damage and I'll send out a replacement print asap!

If an item is lost in the mail, please contact me.

I do not accept returns due to customs/duty/country fees.

Frames and mats are not included with any of my prints. My art is photographed in frames with mats so you can see what the art looks like framed. I do not sell frames. I work out of a small home office and simply don't have space for frames or the necessary shipping supplies.
