Payment is due at time of purchase. I currently only accept PayPal.
Everything is packaged with care and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. You will be notified if I make any shipping upgrades (e.g. Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation) prior to your payment for shipping and handling. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please contact me immediately! An extra charge will be added for upgrades, insurance, and delivery confirmation.
I am not responsible for customs/duties fees. The customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees.
Please make sure I have your correct shipping address.
All items are handmade and hand sewn, so they are sure to be somewhat "flawed" like their maker (me). I do not accept refunds or exchanges, but will make special accommodations if your item arrives damaged due to shipping reasons or doesn't arrive at all. This rarely happens, fortunately!
Please be aware that most of my items are NOT INTENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN as they contain small parts (e.g. safety eyes). Despite their name, safety eyes can come apart and are a choking hazard.
I use all new materials unless otherwise indicated in the listing description (e.g. vintage fabric).
All my items are made and stored in a smoke free, pet friendly environment.
