The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons),Items on sale.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item is sent in appropriate packaging.

All of my handmade toys are 100% handmade in a Non Smoking and Pet Free environment.

All handmade are all the same but all the different.

Please bear in mind that computer monitors might show the color slightly differently.

Buttons and embellishments may vary slightly depending on availability.But no worries, it won't make huge difference. Unless i can't find the exact color of the yarn /material to make the doll that you order, i will contact you about the details changing so we can discuss about it.

My toys are all 100% handmade, some contain with small pieces that may be a choking hazard to young/small children. If you are planning to purchase my toy for someone who chews on the toys. You are welcome to place a Custom Order, i can create a baby friendly version for you by replacing the small pieces into felt or embroidered the part that might cause the choking. ---but the choking hazard is still possible. I cannot be held liable for any injury or other trauma that may occur after purchase of my product. By purchasing my product(s), you acknowledge that you are aware of the dangers and agree to release me of any liability associated with my product(s).

Orders will be shipped to your address registered with PayPal by default.

Please ensure that your PayPal mailing info is up to date as that is the address to which the item will be delivered.

Import duties, taxes, VAT fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. I mark all packages as gifts so you generally shouldn't have any problems with import taxes, but please know it still might happen. No refund or exchange will be accepted if buyers decide not to pay for the VAT fees , Import duties, taxes and charges from the buyer's country. Sellers do not owe the buyer a refund for VAT fees ,Import duties, taxes, and charges.

I also take custom order to create the doll you want , you can also request changes to already existing toys ( change of the hair/eye color/style with certain material, change the outfit…) but addition cost might be added depends on the change.

Please be aware custom orders might sometimes take longer than 1-2 weeks, in case I have to order a material I don't currently have in stock.

Custom orders must be paid in advance.
