1. Does the dress can be made in different colors?

Yes! we can make the dress in the color for you.

Please tell us the color and note the color card number.

2. Can I rush the order?

Yes! If you want to receive the dress asap, we can do rush order for you.

But we'll add $30 for an urgent charge, which is for manual tailors, because manual work is very hard.

3. Is the custom order available?

Yes! We can do custom dress for you both in size and color. And if you want to make a change for our original dress or order a dress which is not our lists, both of them are ok, just please send me conversation and tell me what you want.

4.How can I pay for it?

We accept Paypal for all products in our store. If you have Paypal, you could pay us directly online, if you have credit card, you could apply a paypal and link it with credit card, then paypal could get payment from your credit card.

5.What’s the packing of this order?

Each dresses packed into water proof, the outside if package from express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and USPS,please iron dress when you receive them, as it has been packed tightly during shipping.

6. What's the return policy?

Our customers can return/exchange the dresses for refund, if we send you wrong size/poor quality dresses.Please Note that Handmade and Custom Order are can't be returned(custom size or color as not picture shown ). Because custom dress can't sell again, thanks for understanding.

7.Is there any fee on the order?

Our custom dress is free of charge.

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

1. Measurements/Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the right measurments/size is always the most important key to tailor the fitting dresses. So, it is important dear you give us your right size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.

2.Color:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are welcome to request the fabric sample.

Due to the difference of fabric batch and dyeing, some dresses will be 5% different from the picture,such as handmade applique, lace and beading ,specially craftsmanship etc.Thank you for understanding.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1). Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress.Problem dress must be returned within 3 days.Tags cannot be removed.Otherwise it can't be handled.

2). Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3). The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4). The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5). If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6). You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

Please understand, We cannot refund RETURN SHIPPING cost.It depends on the weight of the dress.

However, it is important to note that our dresses are produced to order and once the creation process begins, the materials cannot be reused. Our cancellation policy

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 85% refund.(The deduction of 15% is the purchase fee and transaction fee)

2. Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping and 50% of product purchase price.

3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for refund of shipping fee only.

4. Once your order is sent, it cannot be cancelled anymore.

For custom dresses, be sure to think before you pay. Thank you very much.

General logistics and free shipping items are usually delivered by air to your local post office, so how quickly you receive them depends on where you live and how fast the local post office or logistics company works.So please be patient.If your order is not received for more than one month, please contact us.

The Common dresses and casual clothes are due to different displays, slight color difference is inevitable, please understand.Custom dresses are handmade, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.Such as handmade beading, sequins, handmade flowers and gradients or other special technology.

If you request 100% same as the picture ,Please be careful with your purchase, we are sorry for it(for custom-made dress).
