All items will ship via USPS. Because my items are all handmade, some things take longer than others to make and ship. Most items will be shipped within 14 days. There may be special circumstances that could extend these deadlines (primarily custom orders), but I will always contact you if there will be a delay. Special arrangements can be made if you need your items quickly.
I accept Paypal. I will ship your item within 14 days of receiving your payment. If you are having something custom made, I will not begin making your item until payment is received. Contact me if you need to make special payment arrangements.
I want you to be happy, so please contact me as soon as you receive the item if there is anything wrong with it.
Since all of my items are handmade, no two items are identical. Custom orders are welcome.
